The application process
IMMIGRATION SERVICES – WHAT WE PROVIDE
Step 1. Speak to a Lawyer (RECOMMENDED)
If required, you can access our Telephone Advice Service, provided by our experienced, qualified lawyers. A lawyer can advise you on the best way forward, including which application you should submit, the cost and documents involved.
Step 2. Search for Applications, Services or Retainer
On our site you can instruct us to prepare your immigration application, provide specific immigration advice or legal plan benefits. You can search for what you want by typing the application name or category name in to the search bar. Alternatively, you can select one of the sub-menu options under the applications, services or legal plans in the main menu.
Step 3. Browse and Select
You can browse through all our website to help you decide what you need. You will be given a short description when you select one of the items you are interested in. You should read the long description carefully to determine what application or service you require. The long description which is more detailed is available below the ‘add to basket’ button.
Step 4. Creating an AWS account
There are three ways to create an account on our website:
- ‘Sign up’ for a free account on our home page (no purchase necessary).
- Instruct us to prepare an application or to provide a service – an account will be created for you automatically after you make the purchase.
- Become one of our Legal Plan members and an accounts will be automatically created for you.
Step 5. Download and access item(s)
Once you instruct us to prepare an application for you or provide advice you will gain access to a link to download your invoice, our terms and conditions and our instructions questionnaire. You should read everything provided carefully to ensure it is correct. You should then provide as much information as possible when completing our questionnaire. You will also gain access to your ‘My Account’ area where you can manage your purchases, leave notes and gain access to your own case management portal.
Step 6. Case Management Portal
What is Case Management Portal?
It’s a place where client’s can track and manage all their immigration cases.
Who can access the portal?
Only Andrew Williams Solicitors clients with an active case or legal plan membership can access the portal.
How do I register?
When you create a new case, a registration link is later sent to the registered email address. The link will not be sent automatically and may take some time to arrive. If you don’t receive the email but you have an active case or membership, please contact your us.
