Services
Our services
We act for individuals and families, and for employers who sponsor workers. Each area below is handled by a solicitor, with the scope of work and fees agreed in writing first.
How to use this page
The pathways below group our work by who we are acting for. If you already know which application you need, go straight to that page. If you are not sure which route applies, an initial advice appointment is usually the better starting point: a solicitor establishes the position, explains the options open to you on those facts, and confirms the advice in writing before any application work is agreed.
What every matter includes
- A solicitor takes instructions and establishes the facts before advising
- Written advice on the requirements that apply and the evidence each one calls for
- A written scope of work and fee agreement before substantive work begins
- Document and evidence review, with gaps raised early rather than after a decision
- Applications and submissions prepared and approved by a solicitor before submission
- A clear point of contact, and confirmation in writing when the position changes
Where each pathway fits
- Family and partner visas — spouse, partner and family applications, extensions and the financial requirement.
- Settlement and indefinite leave to remain — qualifying periods, absences and continuous residence.
- Work and sponsorship — Skilled Worker applications, changes of employer, role or salary, and sponsor-side advice.
- Business immigration — sponsor licences, sponsorship duties, right to work checks and Home Office compliance contact.
- Visitor visas — evidencing the purpose of a visit, its funding, and ties abroad, including after a refusal.
- Fee waiver applications — documenting affordability where the Home Office fee cannot be paid.
- Appeals and refusals — reviewing a refusal notice and advising on appeals, administrative review or a fresh application.
Timescales and outcomes
Home Office processing times, priority-service availability and decisions are matters for the Home Office and the tribunals, and are outside any solicitor's control. What can be influenced is whether an application is complete, consistent and properly evidenced when it is submitted.
Fees
How we charge, and the Home Office fees payable in addition to our professional fees, are explained on our fees page. Fees for your matter are confirmed in writing before substantive work begins.
