If you need to speak to a lawyer more than twice in 12 months then simply book a further appointment when it is convenient for you. Your membership provides you with 20% discount on all telephone advice appointments after you have used your two free ones. So if you need more, then simply book more.
Self-checking assessment tool – (unlimited)
We have designed a number of Self-Checking Assessment Tool to be used with various types of applications, including in-country extension applications and UK Visa applications.
These tools are exclusive to DIY UK Immigration Services customers. Our self-checking assessment tools are designed to help you identify what must be included in your application before you send it. Your membership plan gives you free access to all our self-checking assessment tools 24/7.
News letters and blogs – (unlimited)
As part of your membership you will receive regular updates on important Immigration Rules and European Regulation changes that may affect you, your family or your friends. You will also have unlimited access to our exclusive immigration related news letters and blogs. As one of our Individual Legal Plan members you will receive email alerts on anything to do with important UK Immigration or European law matters that we think you need to be made aware of because it could have a direct impact on you or your family.
We may also provide alerts on any rule change that may not affect you directly but may have some impact indirectly, such as through your employment. We will also alert you on any Home Office fee increases and application form updates.

Our Civil Penalty Assessment Tool is a useful and powerful tool that has been designed to provide employers with self-help. It is designed to collect relevant information and data from the employer with a view to determine if the employer could be liable for a civil penalty for failure to comply with UK Visa and Immigration codes of practice. It achieves this result by determining whether you are currently complying with all the legislation regarding housing and employing migrants. If you are not complying then you could be liable for a civil penalty of up to £10,000 per person. If you use these tools then in doing so you accept that the tools are an assessment guide only. Undertaking the assessment and the outcome thereof does not in itself guarantee that you will not be issued with a civil penalty for breaking the law.
