You can make this application if you or any dependants are applying for either your first grant of leave to remain in the UK or an extension of your existing leave to remain in the UK on the basis of your relationship with your partner, who must be in the UK as a British citizen or with indefinite leave to remain. If your application is successful you will be granted permission to stay in the UK for two and a half years.

You can make this application if you are either applying for your first grant of leave to remain in the UK or an extension to your existing leave to remain status on the basis of your relationship with your partner and children, who must be in the UK as a British Citizen or with Indefinite Leave to Remain.
